Through a series of unfortunate events, Noe has been surrendered twice, through no fault of her own. The first surrender occurred when a family member moved in with severe cat allergies and the second when her owner moved in with family that had 4 cats, that bullied Noe. For Noe’s sake, her owner surrendered her in order to give her a better, stress-free life.

Here’s what Noe’s most recent owner had to say about her-

Noe is the most affectionate cat that I have come across. She’s a loyal companion, who wants to be with you or near you even if you’re just napping. She loves to play and loves to be pet. Noe will literally bump her head into your hands to indicate that she wants pets which is such a sweet moment to share between a human and cat. Sometimes she will even drool out of happiness from being pet/groomed! She’s also a vocal kitty, so you’ll never feel lonely. Noe would really thrive in a home where she is the only pet. But don’t worry she loves children and all her humans who show her love. She is such a warm, loving and special kitty who’s always there waiting for you.

The Fine Print
Would do better in a home without other pets. Though she has a history of living with cats, her most recent experience may make living with cats again difficult.
